RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We have a return and exchange policy of 7 days from the date of delivery. If you are not happy with any product you receive, you can request for a replacement as long as it meets our rules*.

*Items which have any stains, emit, body odors, perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

REFUND

  • Cash on delivery orders: Refund will be in the form of cheque and pay orders,
  • Online paid: Price of the product will be reversed on your card.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds will only be facilitated for the product purchased through brandsandstyle.com only.

Refunds will be processed once the items have been received at our address mentioned above. Please email at sales@brandsandstyle.com with the following info:

  • For all cash on delivery orders, request for cheque or pay order will be filed. Please send us the following information:
  1. Bank Account no.
  2. Account title
  3. Branch Code
  4. CNIC no.
  5. Order no.
  6. Items for refund
  • For orders paid using credit/debit card, refund will be credited into the same account. It takes up to 5 working days for online refund to reflect on your statement.
  • Any shipping, handling costs or taxes are non-refundable.

Note: Please Allow Us Up To 15 Working Days For The Refund To Be Processed After Goods Are Received. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Will Only Be Facilitated for the Goods Purchased Through brandsandstyle.com Only.

Goods & items purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for returns & exchange or refunds, unless you have received damaged goods.
